Every year, the Ryan Patrick Faella Foundation awards scholarships to students. Previous Ryan Patrick Faella Scholarship winners have performed volunteer work in Appalachia, organized anti-drug and peer counseling programs, coached youth sports throughout the state, qualified for the Olympics trials, and obtained advance degrees in many professions. The foundation scholarship recipients have astounded and inspired with their accomplishments year after year. It is an honor to have Ryan’s legacy play a role in their lives and assist in their academic careers. All of this could not have been accomplished without the love and support of friends, family and the community.

After reading dozens of applications, the foundation decided to present two scholarships this year. These individuals epitomized the microcosm of our society. They are our future, and we are in capable hands.

The Sports & Scout Room of the Mountainside Historic Levi Cory House (circa 1818), was dedicated in Memory of Ryan Patrick Faella and funded by the Ryan Patrick Faella Foundation.
